With all of the new hullabaloo about coffee in New Haven...we feel good. Good that we have customers to cheer us up; good that we are an always adapting, organic business; and great that we make it ourselves--or atleast most of it.
Every morning, our baker, Sakiyna, prepares our scones, brownies and dessert bars, sweetbreads and coffeecakes...from scratch in our kitchen.
In the afternoon our chef, Jose (aka cheesecake maker extraordinaire), individually prepares your made to order sandwiches, salads and wraps...from scratch in our kitchen.
Then when he has time he whips up awesome cheesecakes, tarts and Red Velvet cake...from scratch in our kitchen.
And when it's bubble tea season, we don't just shake powders out of a bag and stir it into tea. Instead, we make ours...from scratch with real fruit nectars, bananas, avocados, fresh brewed tea, and our other secret ingredients.
